Measures
The Assessment Maturity Model proposes six key and common Measures that will determine,
for each area, the level of maturity.
The key and common Measures are:
- Satisfaction of Stakeholders
Satisfied stakeholders will continue to participate. - Security of assessments
Maintaining security allow assessment to be credible. - Alignment with Strategic Goals, Ethics and Core Values
Strategic alignment ensures that a project is worth doing. - Maturity of Processes
Processes that enable predictable quality effeciently. - Data Management
Data organization to ensure that results are trustworthy and comparable. - Communications with Stakeholders
Communications promotes understanding and buy-in from stakeholders.
